This annual competition is an extraordinary scientific event for the entire European Schools system, not only because it encourages our students to pursue their own scientific interest over and above the science syllabus but also because it helps our pupils to develop the questioning and critical thinking, as well as their innovation and communication skills, which constitute the basis of relevant learning. The projects fall into two broad categories: scientific investigations or engineering; they will be showcased during the Symposium and judged by teachers and experienced scientists. Prizes will be awarded for the best entries and the overall winning project in the senior category goes on to represent the European Schools at the European Union Contest for Young Scientists later in the year.
We are looking forward to the pupils projects and wish everyone a lot of success!
