COMPETITION FOR THE DESIGN OF THE ERASMUS+ PROTECTED LOGO
Project “La MEMOria che REsta” – KA 210- SCH 000177533

1 PARTICIPANTS
The competition is open to students from participating schools.
Each participant may submit one or more proposals, up to a maximum of 3.
The work can be group or individual.

2 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE COMPETITION
The logo should reflect and communicate the meaning of our project “The memory that remains” that unites
3 partner schools in 3 countries and two associations: Italy, Greece and Germany.
The drawings, whose authors bear responsibility, must be original and unpublished, . Participants certify that
the logo is the result of their personal creativity, that it is their work and that the copyrights of other people
have not been violated.

3 FORMAT AND TECHNIQUE
The drawing must be able to adapt to different sizes and uses with visibility and readability
correct, in most applications, it will not be higher than 3 centimetres.
Format. Must be presented in DIN-A4 format
Technique. Free technique, we recommend the use of flat inks.

4 PRESENTATION AND DELIVERY OF WORKS

FIRST PHASE
The participant or participants will deliver the logo design and their data in an envelope
sealed in A4 format, which must have the pseudonym written on the front. Inside the
envelope:
– Logo design.
– Details of the participant or participants: name, surname, telephone number and contact
written on paper and inserted in a small envelope (type of letter) closed and with the pseudonym
written on the front of the envelope.
The logos sent to the competition will be delivered to the school by July 15, 2024.

SECOND PHASE
The winning logo will be selected.
Each school will send the 5 selected logos to the following email: ithaki77@gmail.com
scanned with good resolution.
Deadline to send logos will be July 16th, 2024.

5 CONCLUSION OF THE COMPETITION

FIRST PHASE
The jury will be composed by the administrators of the Project’s PLATFORM (professional designers).

SECOND PHASE
A table with all of the 15 logos will be prepared and sent by e-mail to the coordinators of the different
countries.
A jury of three experts will select the logo that they think is most appropriate.
The jury will send the logo and the reason for the choice to the following e-mail

The winning logo will be announced on 19th July 2024 and will be used for all documents
of the project.
The jury will give its verdict based on the following criteria:
– Easy identification of the proposal with the project “La memoria che resta” which unites schools and
associations from Italy, Greece and Germany.
– Innovative and creative design.
– Adaptability to any support for the dissemination of documentation and activities of schools and
associations.
The jury claims the right not to award any prize, if the quality of the product is poor.

6 AWARDS
The winning logo will receive a diploma and a gift voucher of 100 euros (taken from the project economies).

7 INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP OF THE WORKS
The winning work will remain the property of the participating schools, which bear the right to reproduce,
assign and use it as they see fit, or modify it if they deem it necessary, without any payment or against any
provision of the author.
Unassigned logos can be retrieved within a maximum period of one month from the date of conclusion of the
competition in each school.
Should the retrieval not happen within a reasonable time, the organisation can dispose of the unsuccessful
proposals.

8 ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the rules of the competition and respect for the
jury’s decision.
